Supervision

I am accredited as a Psychology Board-approved supervisor with AHPRA and have been supervising registered and provisional psychologists, as well as other mental health professionals, for over 20 years. This includes 15 years supervising postgraduate psychology students. I am also an approved supervisor of clinical registrars seeking endorsement as clinical psychologists.

My approach to supervision is collaborative, developmental and systemic. I aim to meet my supervisees at their own point of development as mental health professionals, and to support them, through the supervisory relationship, to grow not only their knowledge and skill, but also the capacity and scope of their self-awareness and reflective practice with regards to professional practice.

Professional Supervision

• Individual session - $275 per hour
• Package of five (5) sessions - $1300

Please note that any administration of supervision tasks (reports, letters etc.) taking longer than 10 minutes will be charged in 30-minute increments: $135 per half hour

Supervision of Clinical Registrars seeking Clinical Psychologist Endorsement

Primary Supervision: 

• Package of ten (10) sessions - $2400

Secondary Supervision:

• Individual session - $275 per hour
• Package of five (5) sessions - $1300

Please note that any administration of supervision tasks (reports, letters, review of videos etc.) taking longer than 10 minutes will be charged in 30-minute increments: $135 per half hour.

I also provide supervision for groups and small teams. Please contact me to discuss if you are interested in this service.

Supervision can be conducted in person or online according to your preference, requirements of the supervision contract and mutual availability.

It is recognised that 'life happens' and appointments must sometimes be cancelled or changed. Please review the policy regarding cancellation and respective fees below:

• If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice there will be no cancellation fee charged. 
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice but re-book the appointment within five (5) business days, you will also not be charged a cancellation fee. Please be aware, however, that your ability to re-schedule an appointment is dependent upon my availability within those five days and cannot be guaranteed.
• If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice but more than 24 hours' notice, and do not or cannot re-schedule, you will charged 50% or your normal session fee.
• If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show for your appointment, you will be charged 100% or your normal session fee.
• If you are on a supervision package and cancel this package before all sessions have been completed, you will be charged the balance between your discounted rate and the full individual session rate, according to the number of sessions attended. For example, if you cancel the package after three sessions, you will be charged the gap between what you have paid and what you would have paid for three individual sessions. The normal cancellation policy and fees apply for specific appointments.
